Circool Visitor Management

What is Circool?

Circool is our new secure visitor check-in system that makes visiting our schools safer and easier. When you arrive at any school, simply show your digital QR code from your phone (or a photo ID), and our staff will quickly verify your entry and print your name badge.

New to Circool?
1. Make sure your email and phone number are updated in PowerSchool
2. Check your email (including spam) for "Attalla City Schools invites you to Circool"
3. Click "Activate Account" and complete your profile
4. Add a profile picture when prompted
Used Circool Last Year?
Great news! There's nothing you need to do. Circool automatically syncs with PowerSchool and updates your child's grade and school information.

Didn't Get the Email or Can’t Locate it?
You can request a new activation email:

Go to Circool

Click "Resend Activation Email" and enter your PowerSchool email address.
Add Circool to Your Home Screen
For quick access, add Circool to your phone's home screen:
1. Open Safari or Chrome on your phone
2. Go to our Circool website at attallacs.circool.com
3. Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up). In Safari, the share icon is at the bottom under the url. In Chrome, the share icon is at the top right corner of Chrome.
4. Select "Add to Home Screen"
5. Tap "Add"
Checking In at School
1. Open Circool on your phone
2. Click your Visitor QR badge
3. Show the QR code to the staff member at the entrance
4. Your name badge will be printed automatically
Inviting Family to Events
1. Click on an event in Circool
2. Click on the "Guests" tab
3. Click "Add Family/Friend" button
4. Add guest information or click the next to an existing name
5. Click Save, then View Ticket
