ACS Blended Learning

We would like to inform you that due to COVID related staffing issues, all Attalla City Schools will transition to the blended learning option on November 9, 2020. This decision is based on staff illness, contact tracing, and limited availability of substitutes. Student case numbers remain low. Traditional students will remain at home during this time and receive daily instruction from their teachers. Students need to check their email several times daily. Our plan is for all students to return to campus on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020. Traditional students that need a device will receive further information from their school. Student work packets will be available at all schools beginning Tuesday November 10th after 9:00 a.m. for blended students who do not have access to the internet. Teachers will be available daily from 8-3 and will stay in constant communication with students during this time frame. This will not affect students who are currently on the remote learning option. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
