Weekly Announcements 3/4/18
To the Parents and Students of Etowah High School.
Prom tickets are on sale in Mrs. Sigmon’s room. Couples $50 Single $35. If you are bringing someone that does not attend EHS please see Sigmon for a permission slip.
There will be a BETA club community service opportunity on Sunday April 15th. Workers are needed to assist at the Superhero Race in downtown Gadsden from 1pm to 5pm. See Ms. Dayton for details. There are sign-up sheets on Ms. Dayton's and Mrs. Coggins' doors. You must do one project.
There will be a Life South Blood Drive on Friday, March 9 in the library. See Ms. Clark to sign up.
Steve Patrick with Herff Jones will meet with all sophomores at 8:00 a.m. in the cafetorium on Monday, March 5th. You will receive information and order packets for your class rings. He will return Friday morning, March 9th from 7:15-8:00 a.m. to pick up your order. Seniors may also make cap & gown and invitation payments on Friday, March 9th from 7:15-8:00 a.m. in the cafetorium.
Congratulations to Caylie Moore for being accepted to the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institute.
On Wednesday, March 7 we will have an Early Release Day. School will be dismissed at 12:30. Attendance will be taken as usual.
The 3rd quarter grades end on March 9 with report cards coming home on March 16.
We have many upcoming sports and extra-curricular events over the next few weeks. Please see our web page calendar or the Attalla City Schools App for a listing of events and sports for the coming week.
